Before founding Erizon Assam, Mrs. Ankita Baruah spent years above the clouds as an air hostess, travelling across continents and experiencing diverse cultures, textiles, and traditions. Those journeys taught her that the world’s most treasured luxuries are not defined by labels, but by stories, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Returning home, she found those very values woven into Assam’s Eri silk. Today, through Erizon Assam, she brings that timeless heritage to a global audience, creating garments that embody quiet luxury, conscious craftsmanship, and the enduring spirit of Assam.
